I'm a Conversation Designer with experience building AI-powered customer experiences at enterprise scale. Currently at Salesforce, I design conversational sales and service agents based on user research and cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering teams.

My background combines user experience design with language expertise. I've conducted multilingual research for voice user experiences with AR smart glasses and analyzed dialogue patterns using NLP techniques.

After completing intensive UX Design training in 2021, I transitioned from a Literature PhD program to focus on UX research and design. This blend of academic rigor and practical design experience allows me to create conversational experiences that are both technically robust and intuitive for users.
