My background spans human research, writing, design, and data analysis. I transitioned from a Literature PhD program to UX research in 2021, connecting my analytical training with practical design methodology. Since then, I've conducted multilingual research for voice experiences with AR smart glasses and applied NLP techniques to analyze dialogue patterns - bringing language expertise, user-centered thinking, and technical depth to conversation design.
